Our Story

Built by people who spent years watching deals die for the same reason.

Most deals do not die because the product is wrong. They die because the relationship intelligence was missing, stale, or buried where no rep would think to look.

Rachit spent several years in B2B sales and then in sales operations, watching deal after deal collapse. Not because the product did not fit. Because a champion left and nobody noticed. Because the thread went cold at the wrong moment. Because the real decision-maker was in the account the whole time and not one rep had a reliable read on how connected to her they actually were.

He started building workarounds. Spreadsheets tracking last-touch dates. Manual notes about who had gone quiet. Crude scoring models to flag accounts he was worried about. They worked, but only when someone kept them up to date, which nobody had time to do consistently.

Marta had been building real-time data pipelines and integration infrastructure at two enterprise software companies. She kept running into the same problem from the other direction: CRM data was always stale the moment it was captured. Companies would spend months and hundreds of thousands of dollars on CRM implementations, then watch the data decay inside them because nobody had a system for keeping relationship context live.

They met through a shared network in Boston, compared notes, and quickly landed on the same problem from both ends. Centralyse was founded in 2024. An angel round followed in early 2025. The team is currently working with a small cohort of design partners to shape the product against real deal data before a broader launch.
