Cookie Policy

Last updated: March 15, 2026

1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Centralyse, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on centralyse.com (the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy. The Site is the public marketing and documentation presence for the Centralyse sales-intelligence platform; cookies here are limited to operating the Site and measuring visitor behavior, not to tracking activity inside connected CRM integrations.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognize your browser across page loads, store preferences, and measure how visitors interact with the Site. We also use related local-storage mechanisms for the same purposes. No cookies set on centralyse.com access or touch your CRM or email data; those integrations operate entirely within the authenticated platform, which has its own session handling.

3. How We Use Cookies

4. Notice and Choice

centralyse.com operates on a notice-only consent model for U.S. visitors. A banner appears on first visit describing our cookie use. By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge that notice. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time through the cookie banner or by configuring your browser. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without preventing the Site from functioning correctly.

To reopen the cookie preferences banner at any time, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the Site footer.

5. Universal Opt-Out Signals

Where applicable state law requires (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon), we honor browser-transmitted opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we suppress analytics initialization regardless of any prior dismissal of the cookie banner. We do not sell personal information and do not use targeted advertising cookies, so GPC has no effect on marketing-category cookies (none are currently in use).

6. Third-Party Cookies

Some analytics cookies may be set by third-party service providers acting as our data processors under contractual terms that prohibit them from using Site visitor data for their own purposes. We do not permit third-party advertising networks to place cookies on centralyse.com. The Google Fonts and Font Awesome CDN links in our page headers do not set persistent cookies; they deliver font files only.

7. Managing Cookies

  • Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the Site footer to reopen the cookie banner and opt out of analytics.
  • Your browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies site-by-site or globally. For instructions, visit aboutcookies.org.
  • Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent forms and navigation state from working correctly on this Site.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when we add or remove cookies. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a material change constitutes acceptance.
